What is funded?

Many measures, one objective: the protection of the climate and ecosystems. On this page you will find an overview of all funding programmes in the German Federal Action Plan on Nature-based Solutions for Climate and Biodiversity (ANK). Depending on the funding programme, various measures are supported, including the development of concepts, the purchase of land, new personnel and the acquisition of materials or contributions in kind. Currently, for example, KlimaWildnis ambassadors and climate managers for protected areas, peatland rewetting and unsealing in settlement areas are being funded.
